**Resumen de Posición**:2 trainees for EngineeringIdentifying main casting components and their QA requirements.To review and confirm the technical scope of each order using TRA form (StW0051).Prepare Engineering data sheets for the purchase of buyouts.Perform bill of materials for the correct planning of the manufacture of the orderInternal data sheets within the guidelines E2737 ‐ API and policies of the company.Generate GA drawings, Cross Sectional Drawings, P&ID Drawings, 3D models, manufacturing Drawings using CADtools such as CREO**Responsabilidades Esenciales**:**Project Review**: review the scope of the technical proposals presented by the commercial area and clarify withthe contract administrator any doubt during KoM that may exist about the customer requirements.- Castings: Review and confirm the main casting numbers, metallurgy and testing requirements and / ordestructive and non‐destructive testing of the main components for purchase. “Initial BOM”- BuyOuts: Prepare purchase sheets for auxiliary equipment such as mechanical seals, couplings, motors,lubrication and cooling plans, detailing all the requirements to be met in those components. Initial BOM- Drawings: Create general arrangement and sectional drawings, P&ID drawings, electric drawings (whenrequired), connection of pipeline for the cooling and lubrication plans, plan systems as well as standard andspecial baseplates machining drawing and any other customer drawing or manufacturing drawing that may berequired to manufacture the pump. All of this using the CAD systems provided by the company.**Analysis or Calculations**: Make sure that the selected coupling by the system is correctly size performing a torquecalculation, make basic hydraulic calculations.- Auxiliary equipment Drawings: Review mechanical seal drawings, couplings, motors, lubrication plans and anyother special component required for the customer order, and approve or comment the findings to meet projectrequirements.- 6's program and compliance with the guidelines for the use of safety equipment in the BGM facilities.Follow‐up on specific action plans of the Engineering areas, as well as those assigned by the general managementof the company.- Reporting accidents, near miss or observations in GENSUITE system.**Requisitos del Puesto**:Mechanical Engineering specialized on hydraulics or mechanical design.**Other acceptable degrees**:- Industrial Engineering focused on mechanical design.- Mechatronic Engineering- Electro mechanic Engineering
