Aliados en la creación y catalogación de un nuevo SKU, colaborar con los equipos Marketing, ventas, Catlead,**Conocimientos/ Experiência requerida**:- Se requiere título universitario (Ing. Industrial o Lic. LAE o áreas afines)- Inglés - Avanzado- SAP - Intermedio- 2/3 años de experiência en áreas de Ventas y/o Supply Chain, como Especialista Resurtido- Experiência con CPFR- Es deseable contar con habilidades digitales en herramientas como Power BI y Tableau- Paquetería Office - Excel Avanzado**Un día en la vida de **Coordinador Customer Supply Chain**:- Hay que asegurar que el funcionamiento de la fórmula de resurtido cumpla con los parámetros establecidos, identificando impactos en la disponibilidad, gestionando cambios o proponiendo acciones compensatorias, así como comunicando a las áreas involucradas otros factores que impacten de manera directa o indirecta la fórmula de resurtido, a fin de garantizar la satisfacción del consumidor final.- Hay que asegurar que el producto se encuentre en las cantidades ideales para el manejo de inventario de la cadena.- Identificar impactos de la estrategia de catalogación (región-formato-tienda) en los indicadores de disponibilidad (sobre inventario y agotamientos) y recomendar cambios para la optimización del catálogo. Participar en la evaluación del impacto de la estrategia de anaquel como stock de seguridad- Coordinar las actividades promocionales entre las áreas involucradas y los puntos de venta, garantizando la disponibilidad del producto y evaluando la promoción durante su vigencia a fin de asegurar que se cumplan con los objetivos esperados.- Recomendar al cliente y mantener el nível de inventario ideal para temas de exhibición de productos en puntos de venta; así como planear la estrategia de salida que permita regresar a los níveles óptimos de inventario.- Participar en el proceso de planeación interna de la demanda, con la finalidad de contribuir a dar un mejor nível de servicio al cliente.- Participar y recomendar en el proceso de definición de acuerdos logísticos con el cliente, desde la perspectiva de asegurar la disponibilidad optima en punto de venta.**Lo que te hará exitoso/a**:- Gestión de Relaciones con Cliente/ Proveedor- Negociación- Entender el entorno empresarial- Enfoque en Resultados
