This role requires a deep understanding of compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements. The Manager collaborates with HR and business leaders to ensure that compensation strategies support the business objectives and are competitive within the market. Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation programs. Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive positioning of compensation plans. Develop salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation programs aligned with organizational goals. Ensure compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices. Develop and update compensation policies and procedures. Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to understand and address compensation needs. Provide guidance and education to managers and employees on compensation matters. Act as a consultant to senior management on compensation issues. Analyze compensation data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Prepare and present detailed reports on compensation program effectiveness. Utilize compensation analytics to drive strategic decision-making. Oversee the annual compensation review process, including merit increases and bonus allocations. Manage compensation-related projects and initiatives. Ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation changes and transactions. Education and Qualifications Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Experience Advanced English communication skills 2-4 years of experience in compensation management. Proven experience with compensation program design and implementation. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting. Skill Requirements Compensation Analysis and Strategy: Proficiency in market data analysis and benchmarking, knowledge of compensation structures and frameworks, experience with salary surveys and compensation databases. Data Analytics and Reporting: Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights, reporting and presenting findings to senior leadership. Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations, experience ensuring compensation practices comply with legal standards. HR Information Systems (HRIS): Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), competence in managing compensation modules within HRIS. Project Management: Ability to lead and manage compensation projects, strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration: Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, effective interpersonal skills to build relationships within and outside HR. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, creative approach to resolving compensation-related challenges. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and thoroughness in data analysis, ability to manage detailed work with precision.
