Your tasks- Leading Production, responsible for ensuring the daily production tickets ensuring adherence to customer specific requirements.- Responsible for ensuring the production processes are carried out with the standard specifications based on agreed KPI's.- Responsible for the availability of and provision of resources, people, machine and production space and the implementation of improvement programs.- Shift reception & delivery.- Validate compliance with the specifications of each production process.- Ensure the efficiency of machinery and equipment- Problem solving, improvement proposals.- Lean Manufacturing (Manage 5s - TPM - Process mapping) - Planning work according to the production schedule.- Monitor the fulfillment of the objectives during the shift.- Review the reports of each production area and record the information in the general report - Management of operational personnel.- KPI's management of the area.- Increase awareness, ensure regular ESH training and provide information on ESH responsibilities and duties.- Guarantee immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of dangerous or polluting risks.- Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate the team - Management with support areas.**Profile**:- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemistry Engineering or related.- Lead of a Production Processes minimum 2 years of experience in similar position.- Knowledge in rubber or plastic extrusion & vulcanization production process (highly desirable).- Experience managing people (minimum 20 employees).- Previous leadership position in intercultural.- Basic level of English (read and written).- Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015.- Experience in manufacturing companies.**Offer**:At Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
