To organize the Human and material resources in order to comply with the assigned production program. Supervise that the tools and equipment conditions for the operation. Ensuring they are in optimal conditions for use. Supervise that the line production personnel know the control plan and carry it out to guarantee the quality of our product. Ensure that the procedures and work instructions documented in the Quality and Safety Management System, health and work environment are carried out in order to comply with the conformity of the product. Supervise that the non-compliant product is in accordance with the established procedure. Prepare the report of the rejected and non-conforming product, detailing the causes and analize it; These reports must be delivered to the Production Coordination daily Review daily spoilage attributable to your area Decide containment actions when there is any cause that affects the stability of operations and immediately inform the Production Coordinator Inform the work instructions changes to the operators and follow the procedures and work instructions provided by Process Engineering Check that the records required by the Quality and Safety Management System are kept Carry out the process inventory in the assigned shift Supervise and advise SMART TEAM teams Supervise that the personnel under their charge is competent (Education, ability and knowledge) to carry out the assigned operation, as well as verify that they are certified. Check that the staff under their charge complies with the assigned training program Supervise that the equipment receives preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the continuity of the operation Manage incidents and overtime of operational staff and deliver them to HR**Requisitios**:**Preferred Education**: Industial Engineering or similar Experience: 1 year in supervisor position Administrative Skills: Personnal Administration Quality Systems HOE´s EHS System 5´s Soft Skills: Integrity.
