Materials Analyst Ii

Implement material purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Resideo (SBU), to ensure correct supply levels for operation. You are responsible for resolve material related issues due to supply based problem, inventory errors or demand changes. You are the liaison of cross functions and internal stakeholders, such as planning, operation and quality. Keep Resideo’s production lines moving by ensuring materials are well scheduled, evaluated and accurately delivered on time, every time. Use your agility and ability to support clients to solve escalations and achieve metrics.**JOB DUTIES:- Solve material related problems- Ensure timely material ordering- Engineering Change Requests- Ensure compliance with Resideo Operating System- Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental compliance- Organize monthly meeting to monitor inventory- Provide data and analysisEscalate shortages and potential shortages**YOU MUST HAVE:- Advanced written and spoken English.- 2 - 3 years of experience on related position.- ERP management experience (SAP) or related.- Advanced Microsoft Excel.- **Temporary Contract (4 months).**WE VALUE:- Experience in manufacturing planning- Experience with MRP/ERP Systems- Ability to lead process improvement- Knowledge in Sigma lean.- Ability to work independently and take direction from othersEstablished skills and experience in Materials management.LI-JB1LI-ONSITE
