Overview Responsible for preparing schedules for manufacturing departments and monitoring daily results; helping to prioritize and coordinate activities with department leaders. Implement material purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Resideo to ensure correct supply levels for operation. Resolve material related issues due to supply-based problem, inventory errors or demand changes. Act as liaison of cross functions and internal stakeholders, such as planning, operation and quality. Keep Resideo's production lines moving by ensuring materials are well scheduled, evaluated and accurately delivered on time, every time. Join a team that helps improve processes and drive inventory targets. Use agility and the ability to support clients to solve escalations and achieve metrics. Job Duties Solve material related problems Ensure timely material ordering Engineering Change Requests Ensure compliance with Resideo Operating System Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental compliance Organize monthly meeting to monitor inventory Provide data and analysis Escalate shortages and potential shortages You Must Have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering SAP System knowledge 2+ years of experience in materials management roles English proficiency This position will be with a term-fixed contract We Value Experience in manufacturing planning Experience with MRP/ERP Systems Ability to lead process improvement Knowledge in Green Belt/Six Sigma Ability to work independently and take direction from others; APICS Certification LI-AM2 LI-ONSITE #J-18808-Ljbffr
