Job Summary Responsible for coordinating all environmental-related activities within the assigned facilities, supporting the EHS Management team in the implementation of environmental procedures, regulations, and organizational requirements to ensure compliance for employees and contractors. Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Coordinate and participate in environmental programs to ensure procedures align with applicable environmental laws, regulations, and internal standards. Oversee and follow up on all environmental studies required in the EHS compliance matrix , ensuring timely completion and documentation. Participate in internal, external, and regulatory environmental audits, ensuring findings are addressed through corrective actions. Lead, participate in, and follow up on environmental incident investigations, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Participate in the Management of Change (MOC) process for new projects, ensuring environmental considerations are included and risks mitigated. Coordinate environmental projects or improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce impacts, and support sustainability objectives. Support and collaborate with EHS specialists on training, audits, risk assessments, and critical activities related to environmental management. Skills and Minimum Experience Required At least 3 - 5 years of experience in similar roles Bachelor Degree completed Fluent English Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Effective collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities. Ability to promote open communication and build supportive relationships. Solid project management capabilities and a strong sense of urgency. Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
