We are seeking an experienced EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Specialist to join our warehouse team in Mexico. The EHS Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote a culture of safety within the organization.**Responsibilities**:- Develop, implement, and manage environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety training programs for employees.- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.- Maintain records and documentation related to environmental permits, safety training, incidents, and inspections.- Stay informed about changes in environmental, health, and safety regulations and ensure organizational compliance.- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and manage any regulatory inspections or inquiries.- Analyze data related to environmental, health, and safety metrics and develop reports for management review.- Participate in the development and implementation of emergency response plans and procedures.- Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness through regular communication and training initiatives.- Select site, obtain permits including EIA Approval, design with environmental and safety in mind, construct compliantly, test, certify, and maintain for operational readiness.- Assist in other temporary tasks arranged by leaders.**Salary**: $660,000.00 - $1,310,000.00 per year**Experience**:- EHS: 3 years (preferred)- automotive manufacturing factory: 3 years (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 25% (preferred)Work Location: In person
