The team you will be a part of The Talent Acquisition team implements the organization's recruitment strategy so that job vacancies are quickly filled, new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization and the candidates selected best match the needs of the position and the Designers. Recruitment activities may include advertising, interviewing, testing, selecting candidates; checking references; negotiating employment offers; relocation; orientation and introductory training. This role in summary In this role, you will support as a Recruiting Coordinator for the Talent Acquisition team. Engaging with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates, supporting interview scheduling, selection process requirements and executing multiple recruiting events as needed and assisting with interview logistics using our advanced TA technologies and tools. You will also help drive operational excellence by supporting the development of procedures and processes within the Recruiting Coordinator λόγ. Your responsibilities will include Responsible for recruiting coordination within the region. Collaboration with Recruiters for Professional Staffing, Hiring Managers, Interview teams and HR Operations. Conduct Pre‑employment Screenings, including background checks. Coordination with Vendors and Onboarding teams. Support with administrative activities. Support with process mapping, creation and maintenance. Focus on Candidate experience, interview candidate schedules, status of interviews, updates and flow. 1 year or more years of experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, project management Hands‑on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management tools, or travel and scheduling tools Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. Strong Verbal and written communication skills. Advanced English skills and Portuguese Proficiency. Preferred skills and experiences Preferred Prior experience in Recruiting Coordination for Enterprise Companies Prior experience as Recruiting Coordinator or Administrative Support. ATS knowledge. Success Factors Tool Plus. CRM knowledge.
