Gridlines is a young, entrepreneurial, fast‑growing financial advisory and modelling firm launching its infrastructure advisory business last year, focusing on project finance, M&A and bid support across all infrastructure sectors, particularly energy transition projects. Role Overview This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team with significant exposure and the chance to manage deals in a dynamic environment. If you are a Junior Director or Associate Director ready to take on more responsibility and work on projects with a global mandate, this could be the perfect fit for you. The ideal candidate will be a Vice President or Associate Director with around 5 years of experience in the role, preferably in Infrastructure and Renewables. Key Responsibilities Hands‑on involvement in financial modelling and deal execution. Work across various verticals, including renewables, digital, and data centres. Autonomously manage clients and progress projects from origination to execution. Report directly to the Head of Infrastructure Finance. Requirements Approximately 10 years of experience, with a focus on Infrastructure and Renewables. Proficiency in French and/or Spanish would be preferable. Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to reach out to new prospects and originate deal flow. Work environment: predominantly remote working. Team led from the UK by a former principal investor and banker with direct lending experience; supported by another director in the UK, an Associate Director in Mexico, and junior staff in India.
