Trade Compliance Analyst I

Position Summary:It is Highly important to replace this position due to the activities related the Import process that includes NOM compliance and all the Customs regulations, and this activity are not able to be performance for the actual team, besides this position is tactical support to identify performance improvement and cost savings. Develops and updates procedures, provide reports as is requested to Finance team and Compliance Manager, point of contact between suppliers and brokers, Pedimento closure.Major Responsibilities:- Conduct Definitive and Import Process- Request, review and approve USMCA certificate.- Correct 100% Prisma errors the 15th day of the following month.- Support the creation and update procedures related SCS and Customs- Launch cost reduction initiatives- Review and approve pedimento closure.- , and evaluates internal and external business partners including operations, procedures, and documentations to verify and ensure global trade compliance.- Support Compliance Manager related reports, new project, provide information to suppliers, brokers.- Point of contact with broker and suppliers related Virtual Operations- Conduct Revision in Trade Automation- Complete 100% the Physical and Digital File by month of all import and export operation- 100% Payment of suppliers on timeRequired Education / Experience / Skills:- International Commerce/ International Business/Administration bachelor's degree.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office,- Effective communicator (verbal, written).- Analytical / data drivenTravel: N/A Language: Must be bilingual (Spanish and English)About Regal RexnordRegal Rexnord Corporation (“Regal Rexnord”) is a leading manufacturer of electric motors, electrical motion controls, power generation and mechanical power transmission products and sub-systems, serving customers around the world in the general industrial, consumer, commercial construction, food & beverage, and alternative energy end markets, among others.
