We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of**Bilingual Customer Service****Role Purpose**- _Ensures a level of service according to what is established in PLA (>80%)_- _Supervises, qualifies and provides feedback on the quality of support calls and training during the 5 audits per month per agent that are carried out._- _Maintains constant communication with Business for the implementation and monitoring of proposed improvements based on the needs of the onboarding team._- _Manage the operation of the support center, ensuring an optimal work environment that allows employees to develop and perform their tasks with the necessary tools and knowledge._- _Prepare monthly reports of detailed results for Business and Service Delivery._**_Main Activities_**- Ensure the alignment of the objectives of the area with those of the Group_- _Supervise and ensure strict adherence to processes, policies and contracts established with the business areas of the processes operated by the area._- _Identify business opportunities to increase the operation in the Hispanic Call Center_- Maintain constant communication with the business areas regarding the fulfillment of goals in PLA_- _Analysis and prospection of potential processes of migration or integration to the area_- _Ensure and promote reliable and efficient communication channels between internal and external customers (business areas)_**Knowledge & Experience**- Bachelor's degree completed in administrative economic area or related- Synthesis capacity- English 70% Conversational and writtenRequirements**Skills**- Leadership- 100% Personnel Management- Negotiation and decision-making capacity- Ability to work under pressure- You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC. _- At HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.
