**SMT Automation engineer****inglés intermedio / avanzado**Propósito del puesto:Responsable del diseño, implementación, mantenimiento y mejora de soluciones automatizadas para los procesos de SMT y PTH.Principales roles y responsabilidades:- Implementar mejoras en el proceso.- Reporte, analisis y definicion de acciones en estudios de tiempos Std. vs tiempo real.- Clasificar y/o analizar material de notificación de rechazo productivo para su disposición cuando sea requerido.- Programación de equipos de SMT, PTH y/o Robótica.- Análisis de defectos, Mapeo de proceso.- Respuesta a CAR’s, seguimiento a TECN/ECN, a procedimientos de SMT, PTH y/o Robótica.- Asegurar la estandarización en toda la planta y en cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas.- Capacitar y desarrollar seminarios de capacitación para personal técnicos y operativo.- Adquirir con proveedores internos y externos la maquinaria y/o herramentales necesarios para producción.- Complementar los programas de mantenimiento para cumplir con las guías de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo.- Activa participación en el Plan de Control y la creación de PFMEA.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 al mesHorario:- Diurno- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Días de paternidad superiores a los de la ley- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anual- Bono de productividad
