Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Recruiting Coordinator (Talent Acquisition Coordinator)We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join the Solar Turbines Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Recruiting Coordinator).This role will support our U.S. Talent Acquisition Partners and this team provides recruiting support for production and salaried management/support roles across the United States. This position ensures all responsibilities within the recruiting and pre-employment processes are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with U.S. country-specific governmental regulations and professional standards and practices.What You Will Do:- Initiate and monitor pre-employment background screening and medical processes.- Manage pre-employment process and maintenance of all pre-hire employee personnel files and records ensuring timely and accurate data entry for applicant tracking and audits.- Receive and process the requisitions for hiring contingent workers, ensuring proper compliance procedures are followed- Manage the incoming requisitions in Workday to accurately assign the appropriate Recruiter in a timely mannerWhat You Will Have:(Basic Qualifications)English Language: Advanced English language skills in reading, writing and speaking are required for this position. All daily tasks, meetings and written communications are conducted in English.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)Staffing and Recruiting: Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques, and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain, and relocate qualified employees, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.Flexibility and Adaptability: Knowledge of successful approaches and techniques for dealing with change; ability to adapt to a changing environment and be comfortable with change.What will put you Ahead:(Preferred Qualifications)- Experience supporting a U.S. based, high volume recruiting team and performing / following U.S. recruiting processes- Experience using Workday as a Recruiting Coordinator or RecruiterPosting Dates:December 19, 2024 - January 5, 2025Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).Not ready to apply?
