At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities****SWE A&M Budget Holder****Main Purpose**LATAM GBS A&M Budget Holder will play a key role in the SWE’s planning, reporting and control. This role is responsible for managing A&M & G&A ((T&E and Events) budget and governance world class Global Business Service (GBS) for SWE Region Leader of A&M tracking across, marketing budgeting, procedure updates aligned with internal control. Interact and become business partner for marketing teams as well as commercial finance, deliver accurate information to lead decision making process and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) fulfillment.**Accountabilities / Responsibilities**- Deliver and excellent service to GBS clients according to SLA’s.- Support OU category in the construction of SWE A&M providing accurate and timely information to support decision making process and ensuring governance controls fulfillment.- AOP & Forecast update in Mosaic & FP&A communication, and tasks regarding to monthly closings (send curve to Control and monthly checks between Mosaic and SAP).- AOP & Forecast update in Mosaic & FP&A communication, and tasks regarding to monthly closings (send curve to Control and monthly checks between Mosaic and SAP).- Effectively manage SWE Region A&M team delivering and excellent service to GBS Finance clients according to SLA’s.- Lead governance activities with each market.- Lead A&M expense end-to-end process fulfilling all compliance requirements including SOX controls.- DeliverA&M reports, update and improve visibility including W/NW A&M.- Train and support OUs marketing teams in the creation of suppliers and new contracts process and workflows generation.- Ensure the P2P process of the scope in charge of this position in order to avoid omissions of payments to suppliers and carry overs that affect Budget of the following year.- Be fully conversant with new initiatives, continuous improvement and modern thinking in all matters relating to A&M to advise the GBS A&M manager.- Procedure Updates aligned with internal control.- Support for review and approval of the list of suppliers.**Qualifications****Qualifications / Requirement**- Education: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration.- Minimum 3 years of accounting and budget control experience.- Computer literate - Advanced Excel, Power Point, SAP.- Language: Spanish / English fluent, Portuguese preferred.- Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams.- Teamwork and Leadership/Coaching capabilities (Experience managing direct reports).- Ability to handle high-volume, multiple priorities.- Ability to develop partnerships and to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.- Ability to deliver solid results under high pressure environment / limited time.- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.- Ability to work collaboratively.- Ability to work with multiple areas of the organization.- Continuous improvement mindset.If you have the profile that we are looking, send us your CV by this via, if it's possible that you can participate in this process we will contact you ASAP, if not we will keep your info in our base data for 6 months.**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
