We will give you a platform to be daring on a global scale.LatAm MBS LAB HQ Budgeteer supports the coordination of a world class GMBS LAB HQ budget control, coordinating closure analysis, monthly forecasting and Annual Operating Plan for all LAB function. Support in analysis of risks and opportunities. Provide visibility to LAB FP&A senior leadership team. Align with HR team C&B cost, tracking of employees movements and headcount reporting. Coordinate standardization and continuous improvement of processes & models across region to create efficiencies. Help ensure relevant KPIs and service level agreements by supporting teams through customer service mindset.**Accountabilities**Deliver LAB HQ monthly budget act/fcst, own all submissions to LatAm FP&A- Review LAB HQ actuals during pre-close/close; deliver LE & flash submission highlighting main deviations and R&O; ensurespend is recorded in correct P&L line item (A&M/G&A/S&D/MOH)- Build LAB HQ forecast by account, month, with clear understanding of all spend in AOP and Forecast- Deliver monthly budget execution R&O- Lead LAB HQ AOP budget build-up- Align horizontal x-charges with NASS- Track KPIs: forecast accuracy, on time delivery, etc- Align LAB Q budget with central investments and horizonal x-charges- Ensures coverage of ad-hoc requests from Latam leadership by coordinating responses with LAB HQ Director and FunctionBudgeteers- Support the planning, implementation and development of LATAM GBS operating procedures and Service Level Agreements,ensuring deliverables excellence (on time, every time, mistake free) meeting Service Level Agreements- Create and maintain relationships with clients ensuring a business partner relationship with all of them- Develop cross divisional relations, establishing trust and understanding to affect broad based relentless continuousimprovements- Promote and adhere to GBS ways of working, culture and values- Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in other GBS locationsThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your careerQualifications:**Education/requirements**Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration- Minimum 1 years in Finance organization- Computer literate - Advanced Excel, Power Point- Language: Spanish / English fluent, Portuguese preffered- Understanding of a P&L and its drivers- Blend of control and planning finance- Ability to understand financial models and scenarios- Strategic Thinking and Planning skills- Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience**Non Technical Skills**Ability to evaluate macro-economic changes and its impact on the business environment- Deep knowledge of SAP, HFM and Tableau- Adaptable to multi-cultural environment- Strong collaboration/ matrix management- Service profile- Continuous improvement mentality- Hability to deliver results without the need of constant supervision
