Superintendent of Production

**Responsabilities**:- Responsible for knowing the production requirements and achieving them with the levels of quality, efficiency and times required.- Responsible for achieving planned productivity rates.- Responsible for monitoring and compliance with company policies and procedures- Provide 2nd Shift leadership to get results. (5S+1, One pc flow, Kan Ban, Security, continuous improvement and quality.- Supervise personnel under his charge to maintain a good working environment and safety in it.- Maintain the machinery and equipment assigned to your area in good condition.- Provide support to the departments that require it, Materials, Quality, Finance, Engineering, HR, etc.- Responsible for all staff to be duly trained and certified both in the employee's own operation, as well as in the subsequent operation (one up, one down). Comply with best practices in EHS, ISO 9015, material handling, and retention of our employees.- Responsible for the control of measurable KPIs.- Responsible for the scrap.**Authority**:Authority to make decisions on an analysis to benefit the achievement of the objectives.
