DESCRIPTIONAre you passionate about driving operational excellence for Amazon's sellers? We're seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to join our Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team in Mexico, focusing on reimbursement analytics and program measurement. In this role, you'll track and analyze reimbursement metrics to drive data-informed decisions that enhance our sellers' experience.As a Program Manager in the FBA Reimbursements team, you will own the measurement and reporting framework that monitors reimbursement performance and business impact. Our team's mission is to ensure transparency and efficiency in FBA reimbursement processes through detailed analytics and project tracking. FBA is a cornerstone program within Amazon Mexico, and this role offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions through data-driven insights. You'll maintain dashboards tracking reimbursement trends, monitor program health metrics, and coordinate cross-functional projects aimed at improving reimbursement accuracy and efficiency.You will develop and maintain measurement frameworks to track reimbursement impact, partner with business teams to identify improvement opportunities, and manage projects that enhance process efficiency. This position requires strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data, create actionable insights, and build measurement systems that provide visibility into both seller experience and business performance.Key job responsibilities- Drive Analytics Framework: Design and maintain comprehensive measurement systems to track FBA reimbursement metrics, business impact, and seller experience indicators across the Mexico marketplace.- Track Project Portfolio: Coordinate and monitor cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving reimbursement processes. Maintain project documentation and track implementation milestones.- Analyze Business Impact: Synthesize complex reimbursement data to identify trends, assess financial impact, and generate actionable insights for business stakeholdersDevelop Business Intelligence:- Build and maintain reporting tools that provide visibility into reimbursement patterns, root causes, and improvement opportunities- Ensure Data Quality: Validate data accuracy and maintain documentation of measurement methodologies and business rulesBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- 2+ years of program or project management experience- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions- Knowledge of SQL- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)- Speak, write, and read fluently in EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology- Experience in MS Access and SQL- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
