Our diagnostic solutions are used in routine and complex clinical testing across hospitals, research labs, and physician offices worldwide. Every hour, more than one million tests are run on Beckman Coulter Diagnostics systems, impacting 1.2 billion patients and more than three million clinicians per year. Responsibilities Lead the organization and define strategic goals aligned with Latin America and Developed Markets Regional objectives, achieving short‑term and long‑term brand positioning, above‑market growth, and P&L results, compliant with business practices and local legal regulations. Develop talent within the organization and prepare succession for critical roles. Own the overall sales process within your assigned countries (pre‑sale and post‑sale). Build a strategic YOY business plan within each sub‑region, incorporating key value drivers for both channel partners and Beckman Coulter to drive YOY revenue growth and sustained partnership. Deploy robust sales, marketing, services, and operations campaigns with the local regional teams. This position reports to the Latin America Vice President and is part of the Latam Organization located in Mexico, and will be an on‑site role. In This Role Understand the business and financial goals of your region, and put together a sound strategy on how Beckman Coulter is the partner of choice. Influence with strong communication skills and persuasion ability, working collaboratively and effectively within a matrix structure. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business or biomedical engineering). Master’s degree in the health‑care industry strongly preferred. 20+ years of experience in the health‑care, medical devices, or diagnostics sectors. 10+ years in a general manager role in Latin America countries. Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. Strong influence and track record at C‑suite level within the medical industry. Travel, Driver’s License & Physical Requirements Ability to travel 25–50% within Latin America. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Preferred Skills Fluent understanding of hospital operating financials and healthcare economics. Strong communication and presentation skills; proven ability to conduct executive‑level presentations clearly, concisely, and accurately.
