About the HR and Operations Director role You'll lead HR and Operations across the Americas region, including the US, Mexico, and Latin America. Working with our regional leaders, you'll help our teams collaborate better and achieve excellence in everything we do. This role combines strategic leadership with hand-on, day-to-day operations. You'll help shape how we work, while building on SiteMinder's great culture. Your focus will be on making our teams more effective, keeping our people engaged, and bringing SiteMinder's values to life in everything we do.
