The IT Lead is responsible to guarantee the end to end project implementation under DevSecOps model;**Responsibilities**:**Your Impact**As the IT Coordinator - IT Lead your scope will consist of:- Responsible of defining IT proposals:- Ensures to communicate and understand concerns related to IT alignment across departments- Analyzes with architects new technology trends and forecast future IT infrastructure requirements- Collaborates with project managers to provide business, project and IT improvement data to stakeholders- Plans and prepares together with financial leadership on annual IT budgets and forecasts- Helps evaluate IT project objectives and analyzes new business initiatives- Ensure the end to end project execution with an agile and user centric focus- Implement devsecops model practice within his program- Define Business strategy with an IT component- Aligns different business and IT strategies for enhanced productivity- Defines key initiatives for the IT delivery model of an organization- Partner with business transformation teams (change management) to ensure effective business transformation for all initiatives.- Strategic partner with the project/program/portfolio management organization (PMO) to ensure a healthy and well-managed initiative portfolio.- Business partner with business leadership team, to plan new joint initiatives, evaluate proposals, and determine how they fit into business capability roadmaps and priorities.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?**- Education:- 5+ years of functional experience in the commercial business from consumer goods- 5+ years of experience facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects, based on management objectives- 5+ years experience managing IT related Projects at least- Experience:- Information technology, engineering or related degree- Master of IT, Administration or others*- PMP Certified*- Have execute complex projects drive by data, machine learning, analytics.- Knowledge about design thinkg, user centric and agile models- Knowledge regarding IT Commercial solutions, IOT, logistics, sales, AI- SAFe DevOps, SAFe Scrum Advanced Master- Ability to prioritize backlog with business- User centric oriented- Understand how the technology improved customer journeys- Be able to influence others, using personal rather than positional power- Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting- An outside-in focus- Solid understanding of IT, HR, Legal, Corporate Affairs and finance assets and capabilities- Strong humility, listening, creativity, and negotiation skills- Accept ownership- Effective communicationWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
