**Accountabilities**:

- Identify, evaluate and promote issues and risk when the projects communicate the solutions, and will share the analysis to the project members.
- Understand initiatives & projects and will follow up the implementation with the guidance to the extended IT teams (CTO: Infrastructure, Network, Compute; D&D, S&OP Architecture, and IT Ops) to ensure the understading of the solutions, with the target of manage the sustain after the hypecare.
- Ensures all the process of Release management and change management, to comply the IT Pepsico Policy.
- Manage sustain area to align the LatAm technology requirements of the solutions to support all the functional and technological impacts.
- Manages business partner relationships and is accountable for all aspects of technology of support for business function, sector, global or region

**Qualifications**
**What are we looking for?**
- Business English proficiency
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Capable of leading multi-functional teams
- 2 to 4 years of experience managing technology sustain/ or pojects.
- Experience implementing technology Projects related to Logistics(MOVE) area as: shipments, Warehouses WMS, Yard Management, Inventory Management, SAP ECC, IoT and Data & Analytics, among others
- Strong negotiation skills with project stakeholders
- OT (Operating Technology) & IT integration knowledge for warehousing & transportation processes
