We have international presence in countries such as: Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Perú, Panamá, Brazil, USA, México.**Why work with us?**It is a fantastic opportunity to join the another family and be part of an innovative team that breaks communication schemes.**WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:**DIGITAL CREATIVE DIRECTOR****Requirements**:- +8 years of experience in communication/digital agency (full service).- Proficiency English (fluent).- Degree in Communication, Marketing or similar.- Knowledge of Content and Creative strategies (essential).- Client service.**Responsibilities**- Lead the creative and conceptual vision for all digital campaigns and projects.- Collaborate with all the areas to develop brand experiences.- Supervise and guide the creative team in developing graphics, videos, and interactive content.- Review and approve visual and conceptual materials before their launch.- Ensure that creative proposals align with the company's business and strategic objectives.- Present creative ideas to clients and internal teams.- Stay updated on trends in digital design, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior.**Skills**- Leadership- Teamwork- Communication- Problem solving- Client Service- Empathic- Negotiator- Results focusedAt another Group we respect and celebrate diversity.
