Esta persona será el puente entre clientes, directores creativos y diseñadores, garantizando que el flujo de trabajo sea eficiente, ordenado y que el servicio entregado mantenga el estándar premium de Avocado Creative.

Es un rol 100% operativo, clave para la escalabilidad y la calidad del servicio.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Mapear y desglosar todas las solicitudes de los clientes en tareas claras y accionables.
  • Programar y calendarizar tareas en Asana, asignando responsables y fechas de entrega realistas.
  • Estimar tiempos de ejecución por tipo de tarea para que el equipo creativo tenga claridad de carga y prioridades.
  • Asignar tareas a los diseñadores adecuados según capacidad, especialidad y carga de trabajo.
  • Dar seguimiento diario al estatus de las tareas para asegurar cumplimiento de tiempos.
  • Coordinarse constantemente con los Directores Creativos
  • Detectar cuellos de botella en la operación y proponer mejoras de proceso.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa en gestión de proyectos, operaciones o tráfico creativo, idealmente en agencias creativas, de marketing o estudios de diseño.
  • Dominio de Asana o cualquier otra herramienta de gestion de proyectos. Debe saber crear proyectos, tareas, subtareas, fechas, responsables y dependencias.
  • Experiencia coordinando equipos
  • Alta habilidad de organización, priorización y seguimiento de múltiples tareas y clientes al mismo tiempo.
  • Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal para coordinarse con equipo interno y dar claridad operativa.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en entornos de alta demanda sin perder orden ni calidad.
  • Atención al detalle y enfoque en cumplimiento de tiempos.
  • Proactividad para detectar bloqueos, anticipar problemas y proponer soluciones operativas.
