Activities- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely production of goods.- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer demand.- Communicate with other departments and teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any problems that may arise.- Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback and implement necessary corrective actions.- Ensure equipment and machinery is maintained and functioning properly to avoid downtime and production delays.- Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders for supplies and materials needed for production.- Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.- Collaborate with management to set production objectives and establish goals for the production team.- Analyze production data and reports to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.**Requirements**:- University degree engineer, production or related field- 5 years of experience in a similar position in automotive industry.- Domain IATF 16949, ISOs 9000- Organizational and leadership skills- Interpersonal and communication skills- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach- Problem solving skills- Fluent English spoken, written and reading (Level C1).- Experience with Costumers GM - Stellanits - Tesla
