Team Lead (One T)Country: MexicoSupervisa y evalúa el desempeño del equipo a su cargo y el cumplimiento de los procesos para ayudar a simplificar tareas e iniciar sistemas nuevos o revisados Gestiona la arquitectura de la aplicación y el ciclo de vida de mejoras, actualizaciones y mantenimiento continuo. Investiga nuevas tecnologías y mejores prácticas para mejora continua en la calidad, eficiencia, ROI, etc. de los sistemas y aplicaciones Lidera a los miembros de su equipo en el análisis de datos y la integración de aplicaciones Se asegura que existan actualizaciones de documentación técnica a las últimas mejoras o versiones. Asegura el cumplimiento de estándares para herramientas / plataformas /metodología / controles de desarrollo para garantizar la eficiencia, calidad y consistencia en el desarrollo de aplicaciones Asegura el cumplimiento en tiempo y forma de los proyectos a su cargo; reportando estatus continuamente, así como el registro de riesgos, problemas, genera la documentación correspondiente asociada al seguimiento. Garantiza que el proyecto cumpla con todos los níveles de servicios asociados con la estimación de la calidad y la resolución de incidentes Gestiona la implementación aplicaciones para cumplir con los SLA establecidos Responsable directo de la asignación y ejecución del presupuesto de CAPEX y OPEX en su portafolio de proyectos. Responsable de asegurar que se cumpla con los contratos establecidos con los Proveedores en el desarrollo y soporte de proyectos.
