**Salesforce Team Lead**We are seeking a Salesforce Team Lead to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Salesforce Team lead at Marsh, you will lead a team of Salesforce developers while working closely with project managers, product owners, and Salesforce administrators. You will oversee technical analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, and support for Salesforce customizations and integrations.**We will count on you to**:- Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure successful project delivery.- Perform technical analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, and support for Salesforce customizations and integrations leveraging Sales Cloud.- Design the data model, user interface, business logic, and security for Salesforce customizations.- Oversee Apex development, including interfaces, classes, controllers, and triggers while effectively managing platform governors and limits.- Oversee administration tasks of the MMA Salesforce environment as assigned by the Salesforce platform manager.- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using web services, APIs, and AppExchange packages.- Develop reusable Lightning Web Components using JavaScript and HTML.**What you need to have**:- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Salesforce Sales Cloud.- 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience- Salesforce Developer Certification.- Proven experience in management or leadership role, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via web services and APIs.- Experience developing Salesforce Lightning Web Components.- Advanced Level of English is a Must**What makes you stand out**:- Familiarity with one or more of the following: Salesforce Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Flosum.- Experience working with Data Loader, dataloader.io, or similar tools.- Additional Salesforce certifications**Why join our team**:- We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.- We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.- Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.
