If so, look no further - Kyndryl is seeking a Network Support Specialist who will be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks.**Key Responsibilities**:- Primary responsibilities include performing project-based engineering, design, installation and troubleshooting of data networks- Ability to assist presales engineering team- Creates technical deliverables including network assessments, capacity planning, detailed design documents, implementation plans, configurations, and change orders.- Develop comprehensive graphical and text-based design documentation and effectively manage the implementation process from design to customer acceptance- Work with the engineering team to successfully implement data network solutions- LAN routing, switching and security configuration and deployment in an enterprise environmentAssist clients through planning, design and implementation of data networks**Who You Are**You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**- Minimum, 5+ years’ experience on Data Center, SD-WAN (Cisco) architecture.- Cisco Routers: 1900,2800,3800,3900 & ASR- Cisco Switches: 3750X,3560X,2960,4500,4900,6500 &- DC Networking-ACI, Nexus 2K,5K,7K,9K- Good Knowledge and Hands on Static and Dynamic Routing protocol and failover concepts: EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VRRP, HSRP/static routing. Others: Multicast, DMVPN, Tunnels, IPV6 &IPV4- Switching protocols & methodologies: VPC,VDC.OTV,VXLAN,VLANS, Spanning-Tree, VTP, Ether Channel,Stacking,802.1q tagging/trunking, Port Aggregation, Power Over Ethernet (POE), Failover/Fallback of Hardware & Link (High Availability)- In-depth knowledge of Network Tools - Cisco ISE, Cisco Catalyst Center, ScienceLogic, ThousandEyes, NetProfiler, Ansible Tower, Everbridge xMatters, Cortex XSIAM, NetBox, Infoblox, ServiceNow.- Concept and experience of Network Automation/orchestration using API & SDK’s offered by OEM, work knowledge of Python scripts development for simple automation.- Knowledge of Firewall, Proxy and security and IP Services (DNS/DHCP) products and tools.- Knowledge of Network Capacity and Performance management.**Preferred Technical and Professional Certification**- CCIE, CCNP, CCNA or equivalent technical knowledge and Ansible Tower or Scripting skills.**Being You**Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
