Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**Develop & Continuously track, manage changes and optimize the execution of a production plan:- Track plan fulfillment incl. checks regarding material availability, production scheduling, order release,material reservation and production deadlines- Supporting to execute complex production planning related exception handling and error correctionespecially within ERP system, initiating logistic escalation if necessary.- Identifies the causes that could lead to the delay of specific deliveries, find viable solutions and informsthe sales schedule- High frequent alignment with material management, production and sales planning reviewing customerorders, production capabilities and material availability- Supporting the special needs for SOP and EOP products- Central contact person and first level support for production planning processes in the plant, especiallyfocused on the information flow within the ERP system- Supporting to execute training measures and knowledge transfer of standardized production planningprocesses to the production planners and supervisors in the plant- Measurement and monitoring to achieve production planning target KPIs in the plant and execution ofcountermeasures in close alignment with their supervisor- Plan production and schedule complex production sequences, using the ERP system especiallyconsidering lead times, shipping dates, sales forecasts, customer orders as well as backorders- Evaluation of capacity loads for complex production lines- Involvement in optimization projects concerning production planning processes- Train and support the production planner to fulfill the required tasks according to work routines- First level support for production planners in the plant and central contact for production planningprocesses**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- Team Work- Analytic- English Desirable- Sap Desirable- PersuasionTake the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global, family-run company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.**HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.**EVELYN TOSCANO
