**PRODUCTION PLANNING AUTOMOTIVE**Location**Pacesetting.Passionate.Together.** HELLA is a listed, internationally positioned automotive supplier operating under the umbrella brand FORVIA.Within this de facto group, HELLA stands for high-performance lighting technology and automotive electronics.At the same time, the Company covers a broad service and product portfolio for the spare parts and workshop business as well as for manufacturers of special-purpose vehicles with its Lifecycle Solutions business group.HELLA has around 36,000 employees at more than 125 locations worldwide and generated consolidated sales of € 6.3 billion in the fiscal year *********.**YOUR TASKS****Job Objective.****Continuously track, manage changes and optimize the execution of a production plan.****Supporting of complex production planning in a production operation, focused on attaining the required production output within specified resource constraints.****Duties and Responsibilities**:A Production Planning.1 Continuously track, manage changes and optimize the execution of a complex production plan.2 Track plan fulfillment incl.checks regarding material availability, production scheduling, order release, material reservation and production deadlines.3 Supporting to execute complex production planning related exception handling and error correction especially within ERP system, initiating logistic escalation if necessary.4 Identifies the causes that could lead to the delay of specific deliveries, find viable solutions and informs the sales schedule.5 High frequent alignment with material management, production and sales planning reviewing customer orders, production capabilities and material availability.6 Supporting the special needs for SOP and EOP products.7 Assurance and maintenance of master data accuracy and performance measurements (KPIs).8 Central contact person and first level support for production planning processes in the plant, especially focused on the information flow within the ERP system.9 Supporting to execute training measures and knowledge transfer of standardized production planning processes to the production planners and supervisors in the plant.10 Measurement and monitoring to achieve production planning target KPIs in the plant and execution of countermeasures in close alignment with their supervisor.11 Plan production and schedule complex production sequences, using the ERP system especially considering lead times, shipping dates, sales forecasts, customer orders as well as backorders.12 Evaluation of capacity loads for complex production lines.13 Involvement in optimization projects concerning production planning processes.14 Support the production planner to fulfill the required tasks according to work routines.15 First level support for production planners in the plant and central contact for production planning processes.16 Regular analysis and, if necessary, corrections of relevant master data for production planning.17 Analysis of optimization potential within production planning processes and implementation according to central standards.18 Support the project team in the I2P phase regarding production planning and steering.20 Documentation and configuration of production planning related SAP modules to meet business requirements.B Project Management.1 Supporting the management of logistics projects from technical and organizational perspective incl.rollout and sustainable implementation of corporate standard processes.2 Defining, planning, coordinating and monitoring tasks within project teams by using defined methods and systems.3 Preparing and further development of concepts for improving recording, analysis, modeling, presentation and management of process-related data.4 Supporting the negotiations of general logistics conditions with suppliers, service providers and customers (e.g. JIT/JIS processes, turnaround periods, packaging) in agreement with responsible departments.**Skills**:Client and results orientedInnovative thinkingEffective communicationTeamworkLeadershipNegotiation**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS****Education**:Degree in engineering, administrative or similarExperience in similar position minimum 2-3 yearsExperiences in automotive Industries.English *****% (written, read, and talked)SAP (required)Take the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.MARLEN TORRES
