We're looking for someone who shares those values and can translate them into compelling designs.**About the role**:We’re looking for two proactive and persuasive B2B Cold Callers to join our sales team. This role is focused on generating qualified appointments by reaching out to small and medium-sized businesses, identifying decision-makers, and scheduling visits for the lead sales executive. It’s an ideal opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and experience in outbound sales.**Key Responsibilities**:- Make outbound calls to businesses daily.- Speak with decision-makers (owners, managers, etc.).- Schedule appointments for the lead sales representative (Frank).- Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records.- Provide daily updates on call activity and outcomes.**Qualifications**:- Advanced Enlgih (C1,C2)- Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing.- Background in B2B sales is highly preferred.- Strong ability to handle objections and gatekeepers.- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational habits.**Soft Skills**:- Positive attitude and adaptability- Goal-oriented mindset- Strong interpersonal skills**Technical Skills**:- CRM usage and call tracking tools- Google Workspace or similar tools for reporting- VoIP tools**Schedule**:- Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm (tentative) Onsite- 20k MonthlyTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
