We're looking for **motivated, confident Cold Calling Specialists** who thrive in fast-paced environments and love the thrill of making connections. Your main focus will be reaching out to potential customers, introducing our clients’ services (starting with solar), and setting appointments or qualifying leads for our sales teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads using scripts and/or CRM tools.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy and other client services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments or transfer hot leads to the sales team.
- Track and manage call activity and lead status updates.
- Meet weekly/monthly quotas and performance goals.
- Adjust your pitch and tone based on industry and client type.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunter mentality.
- Comfortable working with scripts, CRMs, and outreach tools.
- Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus).
- Experience in solar is a **major plus**, but not required—we’ll train the right person
