PurposeResponsible for regional finance planning and analysis, coordinate major planning sessions, P&L forecasts and actual results for each product line, department, for the LATAM region (Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Brazil, Chile, Argentina).Provide accurate and objective counsel on business issues and offer technical and experience-based advice to management team.Analyze and manage strategic projects related to business transformation and M&A from a financial perspectiveResponsible for monthly reporting to senior leadership.Requirements of the jobManagement experience of full-function corporate financial organization with broad functional experience.Corporate FP&A experience in industrial manufacturing preferredMinimum of 5 years’ financial leadership, strong project management, M&A and business and finance transformation experienceExcellent computer and analytical skillsAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, handle multiple projects at the same time.Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, working across all levels, functions and global regions.Bilingual.Accountabilities:Planning:- Coordinate submission requirements for business planning sessions, including annual budget and monthly forecasts.- Compile and complete weekly forecasting submissions.- Support balance sheet forecasting for major accounts.- Support efforts to develop a new reporting structure to bring visibility to product line profitability.Analysis:- Support the analysis of and understand key drivers of revenue and gross margin rates on a monthly basis for reporting to senior leadership.- Drive and track cost-out projects and coordinate with the operational owners to ensure the cost out results are accurately reported.- Support pricing and deal profitability analysis & tracking.- Provide fixed cost details and analysis to the site leadership team and coordinate efforts to reduce costs.- Complete a number of special projects as they arise.- Coordinate with Balance Sheet Leader on developing and forecasting Ammega Balance sheet and Working Capital.- Analyze cash flows of large capital appropriation requests for approval.Customer:- Develop enhanced knowledge through Sales Channel Leaders as to "why" certain business transactions/processes/relationships occur.- Build greater connectivity to Sales Channel leaders and become more a "go-to person" for all finance/customer/profitability related items.- Enhance production knowledge for all Company equipment to drive down costs to help offset price concessions.Leadership:- Lead the financial analysis team (one direct report), ensure meeting clear goals and objectives and provide timely feedback. Provide support for global directors of manufacturing units.- Provide dependable and timely estimates to Ammega Leadership team that closely match Actual Financial performance- Lead any potential Integration or business development projects for the Finance function.Work closely with commercial leaders as well as various operational leaders including technology, manufacturing, customer service, billing, and others.
