Please address why you are a good fit for this specific job posting, and your desired compensation range.**Job Description**:The Solutions Developer is a key role working within a highly collaborative and Agile team toward the design and development of business-critical solutions ranging from software, data analysis, business intelligence, and automation.This position is for a role within Customer Data, and Analytics (CDA), and within a team of developers and analysts who support the Expeditors’ Global Network Management Center, a global solutions-based center of excellence. The GNMC provides support for some of Expeditors largest customers in the aviation, automotive, technology, pharmaceutical and retail industries, specializing in the oversight of critical logistics shipments, aircraft on ground shipments and other specialized logistics service offerings. The Global Network Management Center (GNMC) is a diverse set of teams that support the global network through data analytics, process management, tool curation, and program management to service customers through actionable intelligence, information and data. The services provided are best described as Customer Program Management.**Major Duties and Responsibilities**- Collect, Cleanse, and Transform Data- Visualize and tell stories with Data- Statistical Data Analysis- Data Quality and Validation Testing- Create Scalable, Efficient Solutions- Document, Communicate, and Present Technical Information- Scope and Manage Projects- Support Data and Reporting Infrastructure- Sharing, Collaborating, Training and Alignment- Deploy and Measure Effective SolutionsQualifications**Minimum Qualifications**- Work effectively with a cross functional team of peers- Self-assigns work as necessary to meet the team’s commitments- Ability to clearly communicate and present to small and large groups- Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e., formulas, pivot tables and VBA/macros)- Experience with database development (i.e., Postgres, Microsoft SQL Server, UML Diagrams)- Experience with coding/programming (i.e., Python, JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS)- Experience with code versioning and CI/CD (i.e. Git, GitLab)- Experience with business intelligence platforms (i.e., Inetsoft, Power BI)**Desired Qualifications**- Bachelor degree or higher in the area of IS, data analytics or computer science or three years of professional experience- Experience with Expeditors SystemsAdditional InformationExpeditors offers excellent benefits:**Mexico**- Vacation - above the legal requirement- Medical insurance- Life insurance- Basic needs vouchers- Employee Stock Purchase Plan- _Utilidades_ - PTU- Paid overtime- Training and Personnel Development Program- _Aguinaldo _- above the legal requirement
