Overview:Promote, and sell JBT products and services in the MCCA Region. Manage the product portfolio according to the MCCA zone, develop strategies and implement plans to increase sales profit and expand our products in the market; give continuity to the needs of the client to meet their needs and ensure sales and compliance with the annual target; provide productivity solutions to customers in the F&V line of business.**Responsibilities**:- Travel to customer site to complete a variety of assignments, including but not limited to, commissioning of new equipment.- Development of Product Services sales opportunities with customers.- Work with customer purchasing, legal and technical personnel to ensure JBT equipment compliance with tender specifications.- Prepare and produce proposal and tender documents.- Independent development of account and business strategies.- Develop and deliver presentations to various levels within the customer’s organization.- Provide support with other JBT departments, including communication with engineering, vendors, shipping and/or other field service representatives to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.- Effectively interact with Site Director. Identify opportunities for executive sales and escort management on customer calls.- Effectively work with customers to develop win-win solutions with the as part of problem resolution including technical, financial and logistics issues.- Secure payment on past due customer accounts.Qualifications:- Completion of college level degree with an MBA or Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronics, Industrial, Chemical, Biotechnolog- Ten years of experience in sales or service related business. A minimum of five years in the Aviation industry.- Proficient in English including written and spoken.- Able to translate technical specifications and tender documentation between English and Spanish- Must demonstrate JBT management growth potential.**Specialized Knowledge, Equipment, and Applications**:- ** Must possess a valid driver license, passport and American VISA**- availability to travel.- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to clearly communicate with customers.- Experience and familiarity with the food industry in general.- Must be able to effectively communicate and problem solve issues that cross departmental boundariesLI-AR1
