Responsible for researching and promoting lean manufacturing, flow material and handling, ergonomics, and process capability, required for product manufacturing and plant operation, leading to carry out the following activities:- Deliver the required information to the Launch Manager to facilitate the development of the business case.- Request and follow up on equipment quoting from different vendors.- Follow up on equipment fabrication to ensure the meeting of milestones, requirements, and capabilities.- Assist and validate equipment at supplier’s site run-off.- Ensure proper on-site run-off after delivery.- Ensure a correct operational training for the employees before production launch. Participate in an organized Start-up process.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s Degree, strongly engineering, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar.- +3 years relevant work experience on Projects and Product Launch.- Conversational English is a must.- Lean Six Sigma.- Demonstrated ability to build & deliver structured & compelling communications (both written and verbal)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de la vista- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Teléfono de la empresa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- inglés (Obligatorio)
