Abarcar el control y funcionamiento de los servicios de las áreas que comprenden las áreas comunes de un Condominio:a) Administración y operaciónb) Vigilancia/Seguridadc) Mantenimiento y conservaciónd) Limpieza2. Llevar a cabo la operación basado en Contrato, Plan de trabajo anual, Presupuesto, acuerdos de Asamblea y asignacionesespeciales.3. Supervisión del personal, y asistencias tanto de empleados como de proveedores de servicio diariamente.4. Realizar recorridos diariamente en las áreas comunes revisando, con base en el chek list a las divisiones de trabajo.5. Supervisión de personal y labores de limpieza de acuerdo al plan de trabajo contratado, asistencia y presencia de loselementos.6. Supervisión al personal, consignas y procedimientos de vigilancia de acuerdo a las consignas cotidianas, revisión del libro de“Parte de Novedades”7. Supervisión trabajos del personal de mantenimiento, jardinería, fumigación, técnicos varios etc., de acuerdo a sus funciones y check list.Dirección: Prol.
