Lead Global Talent Acquisition Professional @ Trantor | Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer with deep expertise in Maestro and Agent development to support end-to-end automation delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on development experience, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to guide teams in best practices for scalable and stable automation design. This role also requires active participation in testing, deployment, and HyperCare support phases. Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and optimize Maestro and Agent automation workflows ensuring adherence to design specifications. Build robust, reusable components aligned with RPA development standards and best practices . Perform unit testing of all Maestro and Agent work items to ensure functional accuracy and stability. Testing & QA Support Support UAT testing , including triage, root cause analysis, and remediation of defects. Partner with QA teams to validate end‑to‑end automation behavior and ensure readiness for production deployment. Deployment & Release Activities Execute deployment activities for Maestro and Agent solutions across environments. Collaborate with DevOps or platform engineering teams on migration, versioning, and release governance . HyperCare & Post‑Install Support Provide post‑install HyperCare support, ensuring production stability and addressing early‑life issues. Monitor automation performance and optimize for efficiency, scalability, and error reduction. Mentor junior developers on best practices , coding standards, and architecture guidelines. Contribute to internal RPA frameworks, reusable assets, templates , and development accelerators. Required Skills & Qualifications 5–8+ years of hands‑on experience as an RPA Developer , preferably with Maestro/Agent or similar orchestration tools. Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle , from requirement analysis to HyperCare support. Proficiency in Maestro workflows, Agent scripting, automation logic, and integration patterns . Experience in unit testing, debugging, and UAT defect remediation . Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , deployment processes, and secure automation practices. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience mentoring or leading junior developers. Background in enterprise‑scale automation programs , especially in regulated industries. Knowledge of orchestration tools, RPA governance, bot management , and monitoring frameworks. Certifications in relevant RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) a plus.
