What you’ll do: You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to a range of global clients. These reports are used to inform and assist our recruitment teams in developing and delivering their recruitment strategy.**The Role**:As an Insights Consultant, you will be responsible for **gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data** to one of our global clients. These reports are used to inform and assist our recruitment teams in developing and delivering their recruitment strategy. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret a request and turn it into a professional product. You will be skilled at finding and assimilating data, telling the story that it illustrates and presenting it back in an impactful way. You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team, with plenty of scope to develop your career.**Key Accountabilities**:- **Ability to use research tools to deliver insights and market research projects to key stakeholders.**:- Provide accurate, timely and well-informed market intelligence that can be used to impact hiring strategies, generate business, develop client relationships, or for additional general knowledge sharing purposes.- Proactively provide market intelligence to wider team and stakeholders in order to impact hiring strategies.- Uses initiative to source information and research through **Big Data tools, open source data, x-ray searches, Boolean searches, and other platforms, reports and publications.**:- Excellent presentation skills of Insights products to client and team members, being able to convey findings and suggested next steps.- Ability to build and sustain relationships with client and wider team to drive the engagement of Insights.- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively and be able to communicate the impact of insights for account deliverables.- Be vigilant in seeking new partnerships and platforms to grow Insights Tools database.- Participate and contribute within team meetings and be a key part of development of junior team members.- Contributes to wider Global Insights presentations and projects.- Proactively solicits feedback and impact case studies from stakeholders- Partner with Recruiters and Client Stakeholders to take detailed briefs on project requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice to add value to discussions- Interpret sourced data to create accurate, timely and well-informed market intelligence reports with clear actionable outcomes- Contribute to business development and revenue generating projects**Skills and Experience**:Essential:- Experience in research or using research tools to provide informative messages- Experience of delivering presentations and research projects- **Advanced MS Power Point skills**:- **Intermediate MS Excel skills**:- Experience using specialist techniques (e.g Boolean searching) to source information.- Experience of directly engaging with stakeholders.- **Bilingual in Spanish and English**:- Excellent communication skills- Curiosity into new technology, market developments and innovation- A passion for research and insights including experience of delivering qualitative and quantitative researchDesirable:- Experience of driving proactive market research projects- Confidence in delivering projects to key stakeholders on a global capacity- Strong Mathematical skills- Experience with tools such as **Talent Neuron and Seek Out**:- Pharmaceutical experience**Other**:Here at AMS, you’ll get the opportunity to work on projects that integrate with our other practice areas to deliver remarkable results for our clients.
