We expect our Team to become our ultimate partners to success by always giving their 110% in everything, sharing their talents and quirks, and championing our core values: Curious, Dynamic and Authentic.**Requirements**:**WHAT WILL YOU DO**- Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and oversee the strategic cybersecurity plan and initiatives.- Lead and mentor the cybersecurity team, ensuring continuous development and adherence to best practices.- Policy Development and Governance: Develop, implement, and manage cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to cybersecurity frameworks.- Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments and audits. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.- Incident Management: Develop and enhance the incident response and recovery plans. Lead incident response activities and investigations.- Access Management: Oversee the implementation and management of access control systems and protocols. Ensure the secure management of identities and access within the organization.- Security Awareness and Training: Develop and implement a security awareness and training program for all employees. Conduct regular security drills and simulations.- Vendor Management: Manage and assess the security posture of third-party vendors and partners. Ensure contractual cybersecurity obligations are met.- Technology Management: Evaluate, select, and oversee the deployment of cybersecurity technologies and tools. Ensure the regular updating and patching of systems and software.- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular cybersecurity reports to executive management. Communicate cybersecurity status and initiatives to stakeholders.**WHAT WE’LL LIKE ABOUT YOU****YOU ARE**- Curious and authentic, just like us #beboldr- An analytical and critical thinker, with an eye for even the most minute of details- Passionate about client satisfaction**YOU HAVE**- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is required.- Certifications like CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity.- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals.- Proficiency in security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, and SIEM solutions.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive data-driven strategies.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role, as is the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.- Experience in risk assessment and management, including the ability to identify and prioritize security risks.- Developing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with organizational goals.- Experience in managing resource allocation, project timelines, deliverables, and vendor relationships.
