General information- Country- Mexico- City- Mexico City- Job ID- 40099- Department- Infor Consulting Services- Experience Level- ASSOCIATE- Employment Status- FULL_TIME- Workplace Type- Hybrid- Description & RequirementsA Day in The Life Typically Includes:- Analysis of Production Issues and support continuous Operations and delivery pipeline.- Respond to customer queries and regular updates on incidents.- Communicate effectively, with both internal and external teams as needed.- Provide internal and external customers with excellent customer service.- Available for Support 24*7 in case of production down issues.- Willing to extend and support over weekends & holidays to ensure that customer business is not impacted.- Technical innovation and efficiency in cloud infrastructure operations via Digital Innovation.Basic Qualifications:- Work experience within the Information Technology field.- Experience working with continuous integration tools, ION, BODs.- Experience with troubleshooting technical and/or functional issues.- Experience with client Support and/or Incident Handling.- Experience with SQL.Preferred Qualifications:- M3 H5 Scripting, Mashup, SDK, MEC, ION, EDI, Mongoose, Factory Track.- Ability to learn and explore Cloud technologies.- Advanced job-related certifications or technical certifications.- Knowledge and Exposure to ERP - Implementation/Support.- Methodology Certification(s).
