Ensuring fulfillment of all the LATAM obligations in time, cross checked, following all the security procedures, coordinated with AP and aligned with the cash flow forecast and looking forward to improve our vendors payment performance.- Report timely to the LATAM Cash Leader the daily excess cash, for investing or credits repayment in time, looking forward to achieve a zero balance in all LATAM operational banking accounts and with the timely advise to the LATAM Cash Leader of any deviation in the cash funding requirements.- Daily an accurate and complete record keeping of all the Treasury daily transactions and deliveries of information required for GL correct and timely entries, maintaining actualized all the support documents.- Follow up the treasury systems user entitlement - setup/deletion/revision in accordance with the policies of the company.- Maintain good communication with Local Treasuries, giving to them a quick answer about any funding request, investments or transactional issue. As well as serve as the main bridge between AP and AR with any request of information or to solve any operational situation.- Support system improvements (automation, robotics, etc.) and quick adaption to continuous improvement of all LATAM payment and cash collection features standardization.- Be an active team player to accomplish with the Cash Conversion Cycle of the Company. Contributing to maximize financial profit by keeping the it in accordance with the goal, detecting and investigating exceptional overpayments and short payments different than the regular operational reporting it to the LATAM Cash Manager to proceed with final execution in a timely manner in order to correct it and be able to pay in time or to stop payment.- College Degree in Business, Accounting or equivalent- 1-3 years experience in cash management required (Bank Portals an asset)- Working knowledge of banking operations.- Process oriented with attention to detail and follow-up; accurate and proficient data entry skills.- Strong solving problem skills with a
