Be part of our team that values a wide range of perspectives and is committed to shaping a better world with every product we create.**Location**: Guadalajara**Workplace type**: HybridAs an **Analyst Cash Disbursements**, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of treasury transactions across LATAM, supporting financial performance and internal stakeholders in a dynamic, multi-currency environment.This position is responsible for executing vendor payments, maintaining accurate cash flow records, and supporting local treasuries and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations across the region.This role reports to the Associate Manager Treasury Americas.**What will you do**:- Ensure fulfillment of all assigned LATAM obligations on time and without errors, aligned with the cash flow forecast.- Contribute to maximizing financial profit by maintaining the cash conversion cycle in line with goals.- Execute LATAM Treasury transactions with precision, aiming for zero balance in operational banking accounts.- Perform timely and secure vendor cash disbursements, coordinated with Accounts Payable (AP).- Support LATAM Local Treasuries and internal customers across multiple currencies and time zones.- Maintain accurate and complete records of daily transactions and documentation for GL entries.- Assist with special projects as assigned by the Collection Manager.**What you will bring**:- College Degree in Business, Accounting, or equivalent.- At least 1 year of experience in cash management (Bank Cashiers experience is a plus).- Working knowledge of banking operations and portals.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.**Who you are**:- Able to work with mínimal supervision.- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.- Team player with multitasking abilities.- Self-motivated and results-oriented.- Capable of handling pressure in a fast-paced environment.**Why Join Ingredion?**Discover why Ingredion is the ideal place to advance your career with our exceptional rewards and benefits package designed to help you thrive.
