Responsible for maintenance of Purchasing Master Data in SAP.Detail minded person will be responsible for validating data against standards using MS-Office toolsand SAP.Must facilitate skills to effect timely and accurate delivery of data across cross-functional departmentsthrough strong comunication, and negociate prices.Self-starter - will be responsible to recognize data deficiencies and work across cross-functionaldepartments to close gapsMust understand common SAP Purchasing processes.Responsible for ensuring purchasing data is accurate and loaded correctly into SAPEnsure Schedule Agreements and Material Master accuracy.Ensure Contract accuracy using other data compliance as necessary.Responsible for Supplier conformance (ensure suppliers are set up in SAP appropriately)Communicating with suppliers to enable EDI complianceCoordination with internal support, such as IT, to ensure successful EDI communications are establishedHe/She will work in new SAP launch teams as necessary during new site launch projects.Specific customer requirements management.
