If that sounds like a challenge you want to help tackle, we want you to join our teamThe OpportunityOur HSE department is looking to add an #EnergyProblemSolver in Veracruz to support all administrative activities of HSE department.We are seeking a dynamic and proactive person who has knowledge and experience in Administrative Role.What you’ll do- Support on administrative tasks for the department-help with doubts on apps, processes, expense reports, create forms, create and maintain data bases.- Support with edition and improvement of supporting material for the department.- Support on monitoring safety training process and progress.- Control of registration and uploaded inspection reports on the Server.- Upload information on administrative tasks and safety indicators to the Server.- Generation of Dossier in the Server of the projects.- Maintain and order/organize server information up to date and keep up to date- Inventory control and entry/exit of material (PPE and PVE)- Generation and follow up of Purchase Requisitions and receipt of goods and services- Direct support to the OHS Manager- Translation of department documents and materials.- Provide support to all employees about finding Safety material support, programs, procedures and information.- Send reminders or general communications for the department.- Support in monitoring and planning of purchase budget for PPE and PVMinimum Qualifications- High School Degree- 1 year of experience as Administrative Assisant- Intermediate-Advance EnglishRelocation Eligibility: This position is NOT eligible for our domestic relocation programAbout our businessTC Energy is a leading energy infrastructure company in North America.
