Así como programar las rutas de entrega.- Responsable de la recepción, coordinación y distribución de entrega de paquetes y documentos en las áreas.- Registro y seguimiento del servicio de agua en garrafón.- Definición, seguimiento y control del servicio de taxi / rutas que trasladan al personal.- Coordinar y proporciona los servicios de transporte de ejecutivos, visitantes y eventos de la compañía.- Garantizar la clasificación adecuada de la documentación salvaguardando la información.- Digitalización de documentos.- Ejecutar el control administrativo de todas las actividades de fotocopiado en la planta.- Brindar información sobre servicios de personal mensualmente.- Proteger de daño, robo o mal uso las instalaciones, equipos y otros recursos físicos asignados a su área. En el caso de unidades asignadas realizar verificación vehicular, mantenimientos, limpieza y mantener en nível óptimo de combustible.- Supervisa el mantenimiento general/limpieza de las instalaciones.- Asegura el funcionamiento eficiente de los servicios a cargo, verificando la calidad de suministros y cumplimiento de contrato.**Habilidades y conocimientos**:- Manejo de herramientas - Microsoft Power Platform- Conducción de vehículo.- Conocimiento en Incoterms- Comunicación- Multitareas- Organización- Resolución de problemas- FiabilidadIf your experience and knowledge match our requirements, please apply**Tenaris is an equal opportunity employer, valuing diversity in employment.
