We provide consumer loans, and our mission is to make life easier by offering simple and personalized financial solutions to everyday Mexicans.Our organizational purpose is to build a better world through financial inclusion, and we see the role **B2B Sales Executive**as being critical in shaping and persevering our organizational culture that is centred around our purpose.At IPF Digital we are committed to promoting strategies that help us maintain a balance between our personal and work lives, where each of our employees feels motivated and is reflected in business results.You'll join a highly engaged team ready to help you make your adaptation very easy and simple, and together achieve goals.**The role**Recent strategic reviews across IPF Group have confirmed the necessity of building Strategic Sales Partnerships to bring us closer to our target customer segments and deliver scale and value that is sustainable.Working as part of IPF Digital Partnerships team, the main purpose of a B2B Sales Executive is to proactively seek new customers, strategically develop and execute B2B sales initiatives, close deals, build stronger relationships with existing customers, and play a major role in the company's success in the industry.**The responsibilities**- Develop a strategy to identify and reach potential clients, aiming to expand the client base and increase market penetration.- Generate new leads through various channels to broaden the pool of potential clients and enhance market presence.- Evaluate and prioritize leads based on alignment with business objectives, optimizing resource allocation and increasing conversion rates.- Engage in negotiations to address concerns and objections, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and positive relationships.- Complete the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and seamless integration.- Effectively close sales deals to contribute to revenue growth and overall company success.- Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement.- Cultivate strong relationships with existing merchants to drive.**So, what skills, knowledge, and experience do you have?****Skills**- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, showcasing the ability to generate and analyze sales reports, develop compelling presentations, and create impactful proposals.- CRM: Be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.- Social media: Knowledge of social media platforms, such as LinkedIn to use for networking, prospecting, and outreach.- Data Analysis: Turn data into actionable strategies.- Fluent in verbal and written business English (essential)**Knowledge & Experience**- Digital Partnership Management preferably in the affiliate marketing / broker space.- Channel Management- Strategic selling - process and management- Customer focus and the ability to think broadly when approaching customers.- Digital Sales management, Key account management- Worked within digital consumer financial services (Desirable)- Worked with affiliates, brokers (Desirable).- Industry Knowledge: Payment Processing Systems, Payment Methods (traditional and alternative - BNPL), Ecommerce, Ecommerce Platforms, APIs/Plugins.- Business Development- Negotiation skills.- Customer relationship management.- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales- Proven track record achieving sales targets- Experience in B2B sales (preferably in BNPL, payments or financial services, ecommerce)**Qualifications**- Adaptability and resilience: navigate and thrive in a dynamic environment.- Networking ability: build genuine connections that go beyond initial interactions, translating into lasting relationships.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and industry professionals.- Customer-centric approach: Prioritizing customer needs and satisfaction to deliver excellent service and build relationships based in trust.- Eager to learn: Enthusiastically embraces new opportunities for acquiring knowledge and skills- **What we can offer you**- Work with the best team in a startup environment.- Hybrid working model.- Work Leave Permissions additional to the Law.- Work Life Balance Program with different initiatives.- Free Lunch once per week.- Various team building events throughout the year.- Unlimited online Medical Attention, Psychological and Nutritional Advisory.- Self - care.**Sounds good?**If your answer is yes, please send us your CV.IPF Digital México is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we value diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
