We operate mostly hybrid, with key offices in Bogotá, Medellín and Mexico City.SummaryAt Platzi, the Student Success Team helps students reach their learning goals by providing support, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to improve their experience. We also share key insights with internal teams to enhance our platform and services.As a Student Advocate, you will work closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Education, ensuring students receive timely support while helping improve their overall experience. Your role is to assist with inquiries, understand student needs, and communicate valuable feedback to the right teams.**Requirements**:**Description**:**Qualifications**:- 2+ years of professional experience, with at least 6 months in a customer-facing role.- English level B1+ (required).- Current or former active student at Platzi; community participation or attendance at events such as Platzi Conf is a strong plus.- Strong Spanish grammar and writing skills, with attention to spelling and tone (essential).- Reliable internet connection and proficiency in tools such as G Suite, Zoom, Slack, Notion, or similar.- Ability to provide structured and constructive feedback on the platform and communication processes.- General knowledge of digital technologies or educational background related to the tech industry.- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving workflows and customer experience.- Proactive, curious mindset with a strong interest in continuous learning.**Benefits****Hardware**:With Platzi's help, you will have 100% of the necessary work tools such as a laptop, smartphone, desk, ergonomic chair, monitor, and other accessories.**Books**:We provide you with all the books you need to grow professionally on Kindle, and we give you the Kindle too.**Maternity/Paternity Leave**:At Platzi, we believe in gender equity and the importance of parents in the upbringing and care of their children.
