This role involves assisting in the governance of our global sustainability metrics. The lead will also manage projects and stay updated on emerging trends in environmental sustainability.**Core Responsibilities**:**Environmental data analysis**: track and analyze monthly sustainability KPI’s for Global Operations & followup on any gaps in data collection. Support the expansion of our data collection process within our value chain (Scope 3 footprint). Assist in interpretation/analysis of the data for presentation to internal stakeholders.**External reporting**: Participate in our annual external data disclosure cycle (i.e. CDP, CSRD) by assisting and coordinating information collection, and assisting in the data review process. As required, prepare custom information for specific disclosure request (i.e. a specific customer requests).**Data governance**: Support with the development and implementation of policies relating to the collection and reporting of data according to global regulatory standards (such as the CSRD). Create process flow diagrams to document the steps in the data entry/validation process. Support the audit team during the completion of our annual audit process.**Project work**: Manage and support environmental sustainability projects from end to end, ensuring their successful completion.**Technical Proficiency**:degree in sustainability, engineering, or environmental science with experience in energy and production environments.**Business Acumen**:Possess a strong understanding of manufacturing and energy concepts.**Analytical Skills**: Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
